Just another day?
Thankful for a another wonderful day of blessings… the greatest being the unmatched sacrifice that our Lord Jesus made for us so we can celebrate in praise to Him.
To think that it was because of me, my own sin, that caused the eternal God in Heaven to turn his back on His only son. For that single moment in time, Almighty God could not look at his son who was perfectly innocent of any infraction and it was done willingly for me. My guilt was taken upon the shoulders of God’s only son..
Thank you God for the sacrifice that you gave so that I might be able to know you personally.
Yes, in the minds of many it may be just another day, but for me, it is a reminder of just how much love I should show to those who don’t know you yet.
